Why Do We Need to Prepare For The Holidays?
The holidays are great opportunities to make new memories with family and friends, enjoy traditions and important family rituals, and reflect on what’s essential in our lives. But we can’t deny that the holidays are also overwhelming, emotional, and triggering.
Join us as we come together and prepare for the not-so-fun things
that may come up for us during the holiday season.
Learn tips to center and ground yourself.
Tap into how to navigate these moments while you
TYSAH (treat yourself and heal).
