  2. Share your story: Share your mental health journey or encourage someone else to share theirs to reduce the stigma and encourage others to seek help. 
  3. Volunteer: Help raise funds, support events, or offer your skills to assist mental health organizations in your community.

What TYSAH did this year!

At TYSAH, we are committed to supporting Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year to celebrate and raise awareness, we organized a remarkable two-part event that took place on May 12th. We invited everyone to join us by sharing their heartfelt greeting card messages to show support and solidarity. We turned the messages into greeting cards and send them to the Mental Health Hospital of San Francisco.
